GEOPANEL ®
The Geopanel® is a geothermal exchange unit designed by Geòtics. It has a high exchange efficiency, so that large heat exchanges can be obtained with a small surface. Its light-weight design offers a practical and easy installation, at the same time it increases the heat exchange surface.
The Geopanel® is buried vertically at a depth of one metre approximately. Its installation simply requires 3 to 4 metres-deep and 0,2 to 0,4 metres-wide holes. It does not require the deep perforations used in vertical and horizontal geothermal exchanges. The number of panels depends on the power needed and on the temperature conditions in each place. The connections between panels are made in parallel.

| The panels are placed on vertical, separated between 0.3 and 0.5 meters in a ditch of 3 to 4 meters of depth. |

Vertical exchangers
Geòtics has all the necessary accessories to build geothermal exchange units. Units are built with very durable materials: circuits made of polyethylene, copper or other materials.

Horizontal exchangers
Geòtics commercialises NIBE’s COMPAC ABSORBER to build horizontal exchangers. They are easy to install and buried at one to two metres depth.
They require approximately one square metre of construction per square metre of housing.
